By the editors · 2 min readSaffron flashes first, its leathery spice sharpening bergamot’s citrus into something slightly metallic and cool. The heart layers pomegranate’s tart juice over plush peony and a quiet rose, turning the opening snap into a silky, blush-pink floral that still carries saffron’s dry rustle. Patchouli arrives early in the base, earthy and cool rather than syrupy, anchoring the flowers while suede smooths the edges into matte skin. Musk billows up through the suede, loosening the structure so the scent hovers just off the skin rather than gripping it. Projection stays polite, a one-arm’s-length veil perfect for daytime meetings or spring brunches. After four hours it relaxes into a soft musk-powder glow with only a shadow of saffron left.
