By the editors · 2 min readLemon and grapefruit create a brisk, slightly bitter citrus flash that lasts barely ten minutes before the floral heart blooms. Jasmine and osmanthus deliver a honeyed apricot nuance that folds into cool iris and violet, producing a soft, powdery floral haze edged by a quiet rose. As the flowers settle, moss and leather rise first, giving a cool forest-floor dampness; oud and frankincense add a dry, resinous crackle, while amber, vanilla and patchouli warm the underside, keeping the base resinous rather than sweet. The final skin trail is leathery moss with a wisp of incense smoke and a bare vanillic glow. Projection stays within arm’s length for most of the wearing, making it office-safe yet still present. Cool autumn days and early spring evenings fit best, especially with wool or leather outerwear.
