By the editors · 2 min readYuzu and bergamot open with a sharp citrus burst that quickly melds into ambergris's warm mineral salinity. Oud emerges in the heart, its animalic and woody depth amplified by frankincense's resinous smoke and cedar's dry woodiness. Tonka bean and vanilla introduce a sweet creaminess that softens the oud's intensity while saffron adds a subtle metallic spice. Myrrh and castoreum deepen the base with balsamic richness and a leathery animalic undertone. The composition evolves from bright citrus to a complex resinous-woody animalic accord over several hours. Projection is strong initially, settling to moderate sillage with excellent longevity, suited for cool weather evenings.
