Le Femme
Le Femme opens with plum — ripe, dark, almost bruised — lifted by orange and bergamot so it doesn't sit too heavy.

By the editors · 2 min readLe Femme opens with plum — ripe, dark, almost bruised — lifted by orange and bergamot so it doesn't sit too heavy. Gardenia adds a waxy white counterpoint to the fruit, giving the opening a dressed-up quality that sets the tone for what follows.
In the heart, saffron gives the rose and jasmine a metallic warmth; lily of the valley keeps the whole structure from becoming too lush. The base is patchouli and vanilla with white musk finishing clean. The result is an oriental floral that earns its richness: complicated enough to reward attention, accessible enough to wear anywhere you'd wear perfume. Strong indoors, softer in the open air.
