By the editors · 2 min readBellissima Parfum Intense opens with ginger, orange, and grapefruit — a spiced citrus brightness that's more substantial than a typical fresh opening. Jasmine and peony in the heart are full and rounded, the jasmine carrying the weight while peony adds a softer, watery accent.

Sandalwood and heliotrope in the base are what distinguish this from the standard floral: the heliotrope brings its signature almond-cherry-powder quality, and the sandalwood provides a creamy warmth that carries both into the drydown. Blumarine's characteristic Italian femininity — expressive rather than restrained — is well served by an intense concentration that extends reach and longevity considerably.
