By the editors · 2 min readPear opens juicy and slightly aquatic, its watery sweetness amplified by orange blossom's clean white-petal lift. Bergamot slices through with a thin metallic edge that keeps the top from turning syrupy. Gardenia and peony form a sheer heart: the gardenia adds creamy lactonic weight while peony contributes a soft green floral transparency that lets the pear's aqueous character linger. Tonka bean lands first in the dry-down, spreading a toasted almond softness that blurs the remaining florals into a skin-close haze. Heliotrope reinforces the almond line with a powdery iris tint, and musk acts as a neutral buffer that stops the composition from collapsing into pure dessert. The result is a breezy daytime skin-scent that stays within arm's length for about five hours, ideal for humid spring mornings or air-conditioned offices.
