Ibiza Nights
Ibiza Nights opens on pear and star anise — the fruit juicy, the anise giving it a licorice edge that keeps the sweetness from going flat.

By the editors · 2 min readIbiza Nights opens on pear and star anise — the fruit juicy, the anise giving it a licorice edge that keeps the sweetness from going flat. Mandarin threads in around the edges, lifting the top without softening it.
Magnolia and ylang-ylang take the heart, a lemon-creamy floral pair that holds the tropical mood without tipping coconut. Underneath, vanilla and benzoin pour warm against patchouli, the wood pulling the sweetness down to body temperature. Reads like a humid evening with the fruit still on the breath: sociable projection in the first hour, an intimate vanilla-pear skin scent for the rest. Best in spring through early fall, easier on warm nights than cool ones.
