By the editors · 2 min readFelicia Roses takes its name from a Mediterranean rose variety, and the construction centers that heritage faithfully. Raspberry and pink pepper open with a fruity-spiced brightness — the raspberry's sweetness balanced by pepper's warmth, creating a vivid introduction. The heart brings the Damask rose in company with a second rose note and ylang-ylang: the Damask contributes its classic honeyed-floral depth, ylang-ylang's tropical sweetness amplifying rather than competing. Tonka bean and cedar in the base provide a warm, slightly woody finish that prevents the composition from reading as purely sweet. A well-structured rose fragrance that knows its reference point and executes it cleanly.
