By the editors · 2 min readFreesia opens dewy and slightly peppery, a brief lift before the perfume turns inward. There is little fresh prelude beyond that single floral wash.
Freesia returns in the heart joined by osmanthus, styrax and rose, where osmanthus contributes its apricot-leather softness and styrax adds an immediate balsamic-cinnamon warmth. The pairing pushes the floral middle in a darker, more resinous direction than the freesia opening suggested.
Labdanum, benzoin, amber and styrax build a dense balsamic base, with the resins fusing into a smoky-sweet amber chord that frames a leathery whisper. The overall character is a rose-osmanthus tilted toward warm balsamic-amber, well-suited to evening and cool-weather wear.
