The heart folds in iris and jasmine, their cool powder softening the galbanum’s edges while orange blossom adds a faint honeyed glow. Sage keeps the composition dry, preventing any creamy slide. As the top brightness recedes, vetiver and cedar build a taut woody scaffold, patchouli deepening the grain, and moss blankets everything with a cool, loamy dampness. Benzoin and amber warm the base quietly, letting leather and olibanum supply muted smoke rather than sweetness. Projection stays arm-length for six hours, then shrinks to a clean vetiver-musk skin veil. Office-friendly in spring and fall, it reads as crisp tailoring rather than opulent Baroque.
