By the editors · 2 min readGinger and cardamom crackle open the scent, their dry heat sharpening bergamot into a brief citrus spark before the spices swallow it. Incense rises immediately, carrying jasmine’s faint indole bloom on a cool, resinous plume that muffles the opening fire. Vetiver threads through the smoke, splitting it with green, rooty bitterness while amber and vanilla slowly knead the base into a soft, caramelised ember. Styrax keeps the finish tar-dark and slightly rubbery, preventing the vanilla from turning edible; the result is a singed-spice incense that smoulders rather than sweetens. Projection stays moderate, casting a low, resinous aura that lingers on knitwear through cool autumn days.
