By the editors · 2 min readBergamot opens the composition cleanly, brief but defining, setting an aromatic citrus tone that runs through the whole wear. The transition is unusually quick, with neroli pushing forward almost immediately to add a clean, slightly green white floral, while cedar threads a dry woody line through the centre.
The base of vetiver, orange blossom and musk extends the orange-blossom heart into the drydown, the vetiver adding a faint earthy depth and the musk smoothing the edges. Overall the character is a transparent citrus-orange-blossom built on a clean woody floor, leaning fresh and minimalist, with a soft polished feel that suits daytime wear and a modest sillage that hugs close.
