The scent fingerprint
Weighted by intensity across 10 accords.
Every perfume in Sillage is represented as a distribution across canonical accord slugs — a lingua franca for scent. Two fragrances with overlapping fingerprints are scent-twins, even if they share no literal note.

By the editors · 2 min readBergamot in the opening is brief and purposeful — a citrus preamble that clears the palate before the white florals arrive. The heart is a trio of feminine classics, tuberose, lily, and rose, but they read colder than usual: not warm or indolic, but luminous and slightly distant, as though viewed through frosted glass.
The dry-down onto sandalwood and leather is the most interesting phase. The florals lose their softness, and a slightly animalic leather accord emerges underneath, lending the composition an unexpected edge.
A mainstream fragrance that earns its depth in the base rather than the headline. Quiet sillage, the kind worn for oneself more than for a room.
