By the editors · 2 min readK by Dolce & Gabbana Eau de Parfum Intense pulls the masculine K line into denser, more nocturnal territory. Blood orange and Sicilian lemon open with juicy, almost ferrous brightness, then quickly hand off to a heart structured around fig and saffron.
The fig here is creamy and slightly milky rather than green, and the saffron lends it a leathery, smoky-sweet glow that pulls the composition off any predictable Mediterranean track. From there, leather and a dry woody base settle in for the long haul.
The Intense is meaningfully darker than the original K — fewer aromatic herbs, more resin and hide. Daphné Bugey composes it for cold weather, evening wear, close-quarters projection over many hours.
