By the editors · 2 min readAnonss opens cold and green — lime and lemon zest sharpened by mimosa's pollen-yellow lift and freesia's peppery edge. It feels like early spring in Riga: clear light, no warmth yet.
The heart is a textbook white-floral bouquet — magnolia, jasmine, lily of the valley, rose — stacked rather than blended, the way the house's older formulas tend to read. There's a soapy quality through the middle, faintly powdery.
The drydown lands on sandalwood, cedar, and amber, a dry-woody finish that pulls the florals back from sweetness. A composed, somewhat formal floral that fits well with daywear and cool weather.
