By the editors · 2 min readLavender and narcissus open cool and slightly bitter, their herbal-green edge setting a brisk, almost medicinal tone that quickly gathers plush rose petals to soften the sting. Jasmine and lily-of-the-valley bloom next, lifting the bouquet into airy white flor territory while still carrying the early green snap. The dry-down folds moss, vetiver and patchouli into a damp forest floor accord: earthy, faintly camphoraceous, with the moss doing most of the lingering. Projection stays within arm’s length for six hours, then settles to a skin-whisper of dry leaves and soap. Cool fall days, office or scarf weather, it reads as retro chypé rather than modern floral.
