By the editors · 2 min readAn overstuffed composition that opens with citrus and ginger — lime, orange and bergamot stacked over a dry ginger zing. The top is busy but legible, sharp and warm at once.
The heart is where everything happens: gardenia and rose pull creamy-floral, saffron and pink pepper press spice in from the side, sage and vetiver add a dry herbal-grassy layer, and a faint vanilla hum sweetens the seam between them. It refuses to commit to a single direction — floral, spicy, herbal all at once.
Tonka, sandalwood, amber and musk tie the drydown into something soft and resinous-sweet. The overall character is plush and ambitious; built for cool-weather evenings where the layered heart has time to unfold.
