By the editors · 2 min readPineapple and lychee create a syrupy tropical top that feels almost candied against bergamot’s thin citrus edge. The heart folds this fruitiness into heliotrope’s almond-powder softness and iris’s cool root, while cinnamon adds a low burn that keeps the sweetness from flattening. Jasmine stays background, lifting the accord rather than dominating. In the dry-down, tonka and vanilla drive a creamy, slightly hay-like warmth that swallows the last fruit traces; patchouli and cedar give just enough earthy backbone to keep the base from sugaring off completely. Projection stays moderate, wafting an arm’s length for the first three hours before settling into a skin-musk of sweet sandalwood. Works best in cool spring or early fall weather, at the office or a casual brunch.
