In the heart, guaiac wood and cedar set a dry, slightly smoky woody axis with iris adding a powdery cool counterweight that keeps the woods from going austere.
The base settles into sandalwood, leather, vetiver, benzoin, and patchouli, building a dense leather-and-wood floor with leather doing the most defining work. There is a balsamic warmth from the benzoin that softens the leather. The overall character is masculine-coded, modern, and adult, suited to cool weather and evenings, with strong longevity and a steady, well-projected presence in the early hours.
