Rose Pompon Eau de Toilette
Rose Pompon is built on contrast: a tart, darkly fruited opening of raspberry, black currant, and pink pepper against a heart that is nothing but rose — a single note given room to breathe.
The scent fingerprint
Weighted by intensity across 8 accords.
Every perfume in Sillage is represented as a distribution across canonical accord slugs — a lingua franca for scent. Two fragrances with overlapping fingerprints are scent-twins, even if they share no literal note.

By the editors · 2 min readRose Pompon is built on contrast: a tart, darkly fruited opening of raspberry, black currant, and pink pepper against a heart that is nothing but rose — a single note given room to breathe. The contrast works because neither side overwhelms the other; the pepper keeps the rose from becoming saccharine, and the rose keeps the pepper from reading as just a berry accord.
Cedar and patchouli ground the base with dry, woody earthiness, musk carrying the trail. Peony threads through the general accord, brightening the rose's edges.
An EdT concentration that suits the approach: light, aimed at warm days over formal evenings. The minimalist heart is a deliberate choice — it gives the composition a clarity that more complicated rose fragrances sacrifice.
