By the editors · 2 min readA pink-tinted rose framed by pear and pepper. The opening is fresh and slightly fizzy — pear's wet sweetness against the crackle of pink pepper, with orange blossom adding a soft floral lift.
The heart is straightforwardly pretty: rose with peach and violet, the pink pepper carrying through to keep the fruit from turning candied. It's a transparent rose, more watercolor than oil paint, and it wears at the same intensity for hours rather than evolving in arcs.
Sandalwood and musk close it out gently. Spring and warm days, daytime, low-stakes occasions where you want to smell good without making a decision about it.
