By the editors · 2 min readLavender opens cool and camphoraceous, slicing through bergamot’s sunlit sparkle to create an aromatic-citrus accord that smells both barbershop-clean and meadow-bright. The heart swaps brightness for powder: iris blankets the lavender with cool, chalky violet tones while rose adds a faintly sweet, tea-like lift, turning the composition into a dry, violet-laced floral that still carries lavender’s herbal spine. As the top recedes, benzoin warms the iris dust, letting sandalwood’s creamy wood and patchouli’s earthy chocolate thicken the texture without adding sweetness; the result is a matte, slightly medicinal skin-balm skin scent. Projection stays polite, a soft lavender-iris haze detectable only within arm’s length, perfect for spring office wear or cool summer evenings.
