By the editors · 2 min readApple and pear splash against bergamot, a crisp orchard rush that quickly picks up lavender’s cool camphor edge. The heart layers tobacco leaf over cardamom and clary sage, drying the fruit into a softly smoked aromatic fougère while coffee adds roasted depth without sweetness. Rose hovers just enough to keep the tobacco rounded, not harsh. As the opening sparkle subsides, sandalwood and cedar draw the lavender into clean blond wood, vetiver and oakmoss supply muted forest floor, and a veil of saffron-tinged smoke lingers like burnt incense. Vanilla warms the late trail but stays restrained, letting the dry woods dominate. Projection sits at arm’s length for most of its life, making it office-friendly yet quietly distinctive through cooler months.
