By the editors · 2 min readSlowdive opens with neroli and orange blossom that feel barely there—a pale, diffuse light rather than the usual citrus brightness. Within minutes, tuberose arrives not as the indolic force it often is, but softened and made almost translucent, as if viewed through gauze. The honey underneath adds weight without sweetness, creating a kind of muted amber glow that keeps the white florals from floating away entirely.
The overall effect is hushed and introspective, a white floral composition stripped of its usual drama. It wears close to the skin and seems to blur at the edges, making it difficult to pinpoint where the fragrance ends and warmth begins. Best suited to those who want tuberose without the theatre, or who prefer their florals felt rather than announced.
