The scent fingerprint
Weighted by intensity across 9 accords.

By the editors · 2 min readA study in transparency. Aldehydes pop the opening like ice on glass — bright, slightly metallic, citrus-edged — before the composition settles into a strange middle distance, less a heart than a pause where ozone and a faint floral hum sit in suspension.
What lasts is the skin: ambroxan and white musk drying into a clean, mineral hush. The dry-down reads almost atmospheric, the smell of cool air over wet stone. There's no payoff scene; the pleasure is in the held line, the refusal to bloom.
