By the editors · 2 min readLavender and bergamot open in a classic aromatic fougère structure, joined by lemon for extra brightness. The lavender is the loudest voice and stays prominent through the transition into the heart, where tarragon adds a herbal, slightly anisic layer and clary sage deepens the aromatic character. Rose and jasmine lend some floral softness without redirecting the fragrance.
The base is dense — sandalwood, cedar, tonka bean, patchouli, amber, and moss create a warm, resinous, slightly earthy foundation. This is a full-bodied masculine fougère with good longevity and clear seasonal intent: cool weather, structured occasions. The mossy-amber drydown is the most interesting phase, balancing the herbal brightness above it.
