By the editors · 2 min readAn eau de cologne thinking about a forest. Bergamot and neroli flash bright at the open, the bitter-orange edge typical of petitgrain pulling everything green rather than candied. Mimosa softens the citrus into something briefly powdery.
The heart turns leafier than expected. Bamboo and fig leaf bring a watery green crispness — chlorophyll, sap, the inside of a stem — which keeps the perfume from settling into traditional cologne territory. Oakmoss anchors the drydown, lending an old-world chypre dryness under all the brightness. Linear by hespéridé standards but unusually long-lived, with a quiet, woody-green skin scent that lasts well past the citrus.
