By the editors · 2 min readPearl opens with a clean citrus trio — black currant, lemon and bergamot — sharp and slightly tart rather than sweet. As the top burns off, petitgrain pushes the citrus into a greener, more bittersweet space, and a soft floral middle of peach, lily of the valley and rose softens the edges.
The base is restrained: sandalwood with a quiet sage facet adding herbal dryness, finished by a clean white musk. The drydown is short and skin-close, with little projection. It's a daytime, warm-weather wear — uncomplicated and breakfast-table polite — that suits the office and casual weekends rather than nights out.
