By the editors · 2 min readAn aromatic fougère with a tropical opening — pineapple bright against lemon and cardamom — that disorients pleasantly before settling into more familiar territory. The fruit is brief; what carries the fragrance is the herbal heart of lavender, freesia and thyme, dry and Mediterranean.
Underneath, tonka bean and vetiver provide the spine. The vetiver keeps the tonka from turning syrupy, and the tonka keeps the vetiver from going austere. They balance into something warmly green rather than gourmand.
Wears comfortably in transitional weather and lighter office contexts. Projects modestly through the first few hours, then close. Less polite than a classic fougère, less loud than a tropical sport scent.
