By the editors · 2 min readThe opening reads classic and sunlit, ylang giving a creamy yellow-floral warmth while lily of the valley adds a green, slightly aldehydic shimmer beside it. The first minutes feel old-world bright.
The heart unfolds into a layered bouquet, jasmine, mimosa, narcissus, rose and iris share the centre, the iris pulling everything toward powder, the mimosa sweetening the honey-yellow side. It reads as a perfumer's bouquet rather than any single flower.
Sandalwood, vetiver and labdanum land the close warm and softly resinous, amber and musk smoothing things into skin. Overall the character is a powdery floral aldehyde, refined and quietly nostalgic, suited to formal cool-weather wear.
