By the editors · 2 min readPetitgrain, orange, and lemon open with a crisp citrus and aromatic green character, complemented by lavender's herbal freshness. Sandalwood emerges quickly as a creamy and slightly sweet woody heart, joined by neroli's orange blossom brightness and Bulgarian rose's soft floralcy. Labdanum adds a resinous balsamic quality that deepens the composition into the base, where oakmoss and vetiver provide earthy and mossy textures. Opoponax contributes a warm, slightly sweet resinous note that blends with amber for a rich dry-down. Projection is moderate initially but becomes more intimate over time, lasting eight hours or more. Best in fall and winter, suited for formal or evening wear in cool weather.
