The scent fingerprint
Weighted by intensity across 9 accords.
Every perfume in Sillage is represented as a distribution across canonical accord slugs — a lingua franca for scent. Two fragrances with overlapping fingerprints are scent-twins, even if they share no literal note.

By the editors · 2 min readPetitgrain and rosewood open dry and woody, immediately joined by galbanum’s sharp green bite that scours the citrus. The heart folds in warm nutmeg and cumin, their soft spice softening the earlier wood while sage adds a camphorous lift that keeps the structure taut. Vetiver arrives early through the base, earthy and slightly smoky, riding on cedar and patchouli until the whole dries down to a cool, moss-laced wood accord that stays close to skin skin. Projection remains reserved, making it office-safe yet unmistakably green.
