By the editors · 2 min readCardamom snaps open with a cool, peppery green edge that quickly folds into the hide. Leather arrives early, a matte, slightly smoky skin that sits close rather than shouting. Moss and patchouli weave through the middle, creating a cool forest-floor tone that keeps the amber from turning syrupy. The dry-down is dry earth and soft resins: patchouli’s cocoa bitterness, moss’s mineral dust, and amber acting as a quiet binder rather than a sweet cloud. Projection stays within arm’s length for six hours, then settles as a skin-warmed leather fuzz. Cool autumn days and office-casual settings fit its restrained volume. Composition is linear once the heart settles, so what you smell at hour two is essentially the fade-out.
