By the editors · 2 min readPink pepper and cardamom lead with a dry, faintly citrusy spice that avoids sweetness. Petitgrain adds a woody, slightly bitter green quality that keeps the opening grounded. Neroli and orange blossom emerge in the heart, bright and white-floral but tempered by the green petitgrain note underneath.
Vetiver and labdanum form a spare, slightly resinous base, and leather — listed in the general notes — runs as a thread throughout. The overall effect is a structured citrus-floral sitting on a dry, earthy foundation. It reads clean but not soft, with the pepper and cardamom providing a persistent fresh-spicy edge that carries into the drydown.
