By the editors · 2 min readPineapple opens juicy and slightly tropical, that distinctive sweet-tart fruit lift that immediately signals a fruity-gourmand direction.
Caramel at the heart amplifies the sweetness and shifts it from fresh fruit to candied. The combination reads like pineapple chunks dipped in melted sugar, dense and unambiguously gourmand without any floral or spicy interruption.
The base of sandalwood, rosewood, vanilla and patchouli provides a warm, woody-resinous foundation that grounds the sweetness. Vanilla reinforces the caramel, patchouli adds an earthy darkness that prevents the composition from going entirely candy-shop, and the woods give it a slightly creamy structure. The drydown stays sweet and sticky with patchouli's depth visible underneath. Suited to cool weather, casual or evening wear in social settings.
