By the editors · 2 min readEnslaved shares its birth year with Unspoken and the kinship is clear. Where that fragrance leads with lavender, Enslaved opens with a fuller citrus quartet — lime, lemon, bergamot, and lavender — that reads brighter and more herbal in the opening minutes. The heart is broadly similar: jasmine, ylang-ylang, orange blossom, and rose making a classical floral statement without deviation. The base contracts to the favored mossy-resinous core — oakmoss, labdanum, amber — without the ginger that distinguishes its companion piece. More emphatic in its citrus phase, it resolves to the same formal, long-lasting character.
