By the editors · 2 min readSaffron introduces a warm, slightly medicinal spice that feels rich and opulent from the first spray. Tuberose blooms intensely in the heart, its creamy and narcotic floralcy dominating with a bold, almost animalic presence. A complex base of sandalwood, ambergris, myrrh, cumin, olibanum, labdanum, cedar, tobacco, patchouli, and styrax creates a deep, resinous, and smoky dry-down. The composition evolves significantly, moving from spicy floral to a balsamic and woody amber character with earthy undertones. Longevity is exceptional, projecting strongly for hours before settling into a warm skin scent, suited for fall and winter evenings. This bold and intricate scent is best reserved for formal or special occasions in cool to cold weather.
