By the editors · 2 min readBergamot opens cleanly, a quick citrus snap before the florals settle in. The first impression is bright and undemanding, with no peppery sting.
Gardenia takes the heart, creamy and slightly mushroomy, edged by the cool bite of pink pepper. There is a moist, white-petal quality, more close-eyed than coquettish, with the orange blossom from the wider note set softening any sharpness.
Vetiver and musk hold the base together, lending a clean rooty thread under the floral cream. The overall character is a polished sheer floral, comfortable in offices and warm afternoons, with a quiet powdery musk that fades close to skin rather than projecting.
