Grapefruit cracks open the bottle with a tart, sun-bleached zip, but the citrus is already shadowed by a green peppery edge that signals the composition has more on its mind than freshness alone.

Labdanum settles into the heart with a sticky resinous warmth, anchoring the volatile top. From there the construction unfolds into a chypre-leaning architecture — oakmoss, vetiver, guaiac and cedar layered with pink and black pepper, nutmeg threading through, galbanum keeping the green pulse alive.
The drydown is dry, mineral and slightly smoked, the moss earthy underfoot. Overall the perfume reads as a structured masculine in a vintage register, polished but not soft, holding its shape with quiet conviction.
