The heart introduces a quiet Bulgarian rose alongside lily of the valley, the florals pushing through a ribbon of vetiver that grows steadily greener and more vegetal as the minutes pass. Vetiver eventually takes over completely, smoky-rooted and earth-damp, with cedar lending a dry vertical structure beside it. Tonka bean and labdanum settle the drydown into a balsamic warmth that keeps the vetiver from going austere, ambergris adding a salty animal sheen. Texture is rough-grained and resinous, projection is strong for hours, the temperature reads warm with a cool herbal edge. It evokes wet roots pulled from sun-warmed earth.
Overall a vetiver-forward composition with a balsamic, faintly leathery body.
