By the editors · 2 min readAn indolent spiced amber. Cinnamon and nutmeg lead with a warm baked-spice front, sweetened by rum without going gourmand-cocktail. Ylang-ylang opens at the heart — heavy, creamy, slightly banana-tropical — anchoring the spice in flowers rather than dessert.
The base is the destination: sandalwood and vanilla braid into a soft amber that sits warm against the skin. Musk smooths the edges. Nothing sharp past the first half hour; the dry-down is a low, sustained hum. Best in cool weather where the warmth registers; in heat it can read syrupy. Evening, indoor-leaning, a little exotic without being costume.
