Bulgarian rose and Damask rose together create a full, slightly old-fashioned rose accord, lily of the valley providing a watery counterpoint. The base resolves into cocoa and patchouli — earthy, slightly bitter, and warm without going fully gourmand. The name invokes the Queen of Sheba, and there is a regal quality to the composition: it takes its materials seriously and executes them without flash.
