By the editors · 2 min readMandarin and petitgrain open with a citrus-green brightness that quickly softens. Ylang-ylang enters early, its creamy, slightly indolic quality muted here by heliotrope's almond-powdery undertone, which keeps things from going too heavy.
The heliotrope and tonka bean are the real core of this fragrance. Together they construct a warm, soft-almond sweetness — nuttier than vanilla, closer to marzipan — without becoming gourmand in any obvious way. Ylang sits on top of this rather than competing.
The base is warm and powdery, with tonka rounding everything into a gentle, skin-close finish. Longevity is moderate. This reads as a deliberately intimate, comfort-oriented fragrance rather than a statement piece.
