By the editors · 2 min readPatchouli Blanc takes its title literally. Pink pepper sparks the opening — bright, dry, prickly — before patchouli enters in its modern, laundered form: clean, slightly cocoa-tinged, never the headshop version.
Rose plays as a quiet partner rather than a featured note. White musk underneath does most of the work in the drydown, smoothing the patchouli into something close-wearing and almost soapy. The whole thing is deliberately spare — a single material studied at length — and it works as that, not as a complete composition. Wear it when the goal is one clean idea repeated cleanly.
