By the editors · 2 min readJasmine and bergamot open together, the citrus brief and the floral immediately lush, indolic, and slightly jammy. The first minutes are syrupy, with no fresh phase to speak of.
Osmanthus deepens the heart with a warm apricot-leather thread, lending the bouquet an amber-fruit roundness. There is a syrupy sweetness through the middle, more concentrated than the standard composition would suggest.
The base is a dense plush of patchouli, benzoin, amber, and vanilla, the patchouli thickening into a chewy chocolate-earthy depth. The overall character is a heavy ambery-floral, sweet and warm, the sort of close-clinging scent that registers as a single rich note rather than a sequence.
