By the editors · 2 min readThe opening is a brief bergamot lift, clean and slightly bittersweet, that reads polished but unhurried in the first minute. There is no fanfare to it.
The heart turns floral and faintly fruit-tinged: magnolia gives a creamy lemon-flower glow while osmanthus adds a soft apricot-tea inflection underneath. The middle reads sheer rather than dense, the two flowers complementing rather than competing.
Tonka, cedar, suede and musk land the close with a soft warm-leather skin layer, slightly powdered at the edges. Overall the character is a polite floral-suede with a quiet vanillic warmth, suited to office or evening wear in cooler weather, content to sit close to the skin rather than project.
