By the editors · 2 min readA loaded citrus opening — lime and lemon stacked over bergamot, with freesia threading green-white through the brightness. It reads almost soliflore-fresh for the first stretch, then deepens.
The heart unfolds into a full white-floral bouquet: Bulgarian rose dominant, jasmine and ylang-ylang fattening it, lily of the valley keeping things crystalline, iris adding a cool powdery underlayer. There's no shyness here — the florals are stacked thick and read perfumey in the classical sense.
The base is where Xerjoff's signature shows: sandalwood and rosewood plush, vetiver dry, amber-vanilla warmth glued together with patchouli and musk. A romantic floral oriental that lasts and projects; cool-weather formal, evening more than day.
