By the editors · 2 min readComposed by Jean-Claude Ellena for the 2005 In Love Again limited series. Raspberry and black currant open with a clean fruitiness, grapefruit adding a sharp citrus edge without sweetness. The floral heart keeps Ellena's characteristic lightness — magnolia and rose sit alongside star anise, which brings warmth rather than licorice character, and peony adds fresh volume.
Sandalwood and musk close simply, without buildup. The composition is transparent where its contemporaries were dense, and that restraint is its defining quality: a warm-weather fragrance that doesn't announce itself.
