The scent fingerprint
Weighted by intensity across 11 accords.
Every perfume in Sillage is represented as a distribution across canonical accord slugs — a lingua franca for scent. Two fragrances with overlapping fingerprints are scent-twins, even if they share no literal note.

By the editors · 2 min readThree notes — pear, rose, musk — done simply and done well. The pear opens with a clean, watery sweetness that reads as fresh rather than sugary, making it an agreeable lead into the rose heart. The rose is translucent and slightly cool, not the jammy damask rose of niche perfumery.
Musk carries the close: skin-adjacent, barely present by the fourth hour. This is an easy-wear unisex option suited to casual settings where something present but unobtrusive is exactly right. Created by Jo Malone for Zara's city-inspired collection. It earns its price with simple competence, though it leaves little impression once dry.
