By the editors · 2 min readVibrant Leather & Tobacco Elixir, by Jérôme Epinette, is built on three materials that carry their own long history together: leather, tobacco, and vanilla. Black leather opens with a dry, slightly raw edge — contemporary leather notes tend toward the chemical end of the spectrum, and this one doesn't soften it immediately. Tobacco occupies the heart with smokiness and herbal depth, deepening the composition without making it harsh.
Vanilla closes with sweetness and warmth, rounding the edges of the leather-tobacco accord into something more approachable. The combination is self-sufficient at three notes — an intentionally dark, quietly intense structure. The Elixir concentration suggests better longevity than the standard Vibrant Leather flankers, and the lean pyramid doesn't fight against that density.
